You’ll be working on a brand new line of digital inkjet products working with the product installation and support teams to ensure that the delivery of the new products runs smoothly and effectively. Your customer service skills will make sure that the customers are kept happy, helping to expand the business further giving you the scope to build your career further. Your previous knowledge of technical support, ideally within inkjet, will let you support the helpdesk team give the right support after you perform root cause analysis and find the fault. Your support will be essential to the successful launch of projects, putting you at the beating heart of the organisation.
