Due to an internal promotion my client have instructed me to look for a strong Sous chef to join a team of award winning chefs at this stunning tapas restaurant near Northampton

The menu will be serving a mix of Modern British food alongside a busy tapas menu, so the chefs will have a great opportunity to work with a wide range of ingredients and use a number of on trend cooking techniques.

The client actively encourages career development and offers an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop. 

As well as a great salary package of up to £30,000, plus tips paid as a ratio of hours worked and currently looking at around £4000-£5000, this role also offers a favourable rota pattern (closed every Sunday), a great pension, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.

You will ideally come from a high volume fresh food premium dining business, as well as having an understanding of Tapas menus, and be used to a busy high pressured environment
