Due to an internal promotion I am looking for a Sous chef to join a team of talented chefs to bolster the offering and standards at this 5 star AA rosette, award winning restaurant, hotel & wedding venue.
A great opportunity for a chef looking to be involved in the business, helping to drive the quality and standards of food and catering to a wide range of customers.
This role is an amazing opportunity for a chef who is looking to work with a diverse range of menus, ingredients and customer requirements.
My client is a stunning restaurant hotel with separate large scale banqueting operation, who have daily events and weddings booked daily for the next 18 months.
The client actively encourages career development and offer an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop.
As well as a great salary package of up to £34,000, plus tips paid as a ratio of hours worked, this role also offers a great pension, amazing 4 day rota pattern, free parking on site, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.
