Due to an internal promotion, I am looking for Sous Chef to join a team of talented chefs at this award winning wedding venue near Taunton, Somerset.
This role is an amazing opportunity for a chef who is looking to work with a diverse range of menus, ingredients and customer requirements, where each and every day and shift will be different.
My client is a stunning wedding venue with weddings and events booked daily for the next 18 months.
The client actively encourages career development & always tries to promote from within, and offer an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop.
As well as a great salary package of up to £35,000, for a 40 hour week, this role also offers a great pension, free parking on site, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.
The ideal candidate will come from fine dining or premium event catering background.
As Sous chef you will be required to deputise in the absence of the head chef ensuring excellent service and standards of food at all times.
