I am currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a stunning hotel situated in the beautiful area of Norfolk, close to the coast.  

The ideal Sous Chef will have experience working in fast paced fresh food hotels or high volume businesses and be able to manage multiple events, functions and food offerings at the same time.
The hotel is a real destination hotel catering to a mix of business, events & holiday customers, catering to over 200 a day.  

As Sous Chef you will be integral to the management of the hotel, being involved with the coaching and training & development of the team of chefs below you, you will also have the opportunity to be involved with menu design, costing and food direction, as well as covering for the Head Chef in his absence.
You will have the opportunity to work in all sections of the kitchen, including pastry and banqueting covering breakfast, lunch or dinner services

This role comes with a great salary of upto £38,000 plus tips, due to location the succesful applicant will need their own transport
