Are you looking to help lead a highly dedicated and professional chef team? Do you want some fantastic benefits to go alongside your job? Our Cambridge College client is looking for a Sous Chef to join their reputable kitchen to support the Head Chef and lead their team to more success.

You’ll be using your time served experience in a kitchen to lead from the front, mentoring and supporting other chefs while reviewing and refining the recipes to ensure they are the best they can be. You’ll be involved in all levels of management such as procurement and stock control to ensure that your always using the best and freshest ingredients. You’ll also be involved in team training to improve both their cooking and hygiene standards to deliver the quality that the College is well known for. Your excellent culinary skills will shine as you help create fine dining for events and get involved with the day to day cooking as your day to day will be varied between normal service and event service.
