I am looking for a Sous Chef to join a team of talented chefs to bolster the offering and standards at this 2 AA rosette, award winning restaurant & hotel in Norfolk ready for a busy Summer season

This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to grow and develop. You will have the opportunity to work alongside award winning British and International senior chefs, being a “sponge” and soaking up as much information, skills and knowledge as available.
As the successful Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of menus working across 2 different dining restaurants, including the bar, brasserie & 2 AA Rosette restaurant. This role will allow you to be part of a progressive team where your input will be valued on menus, products and ideas.

You will be using fresh local ingredients as well as state of the art kitchen equipment & have an opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that all customer requirements are met.

As well as a great salary package of up to £35,000, plus tips, this role also offers a 4 day working week, live in, an industry rota pattern, a great pension, free parking on site, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.

Due to location, a driving licence and car is essential as public transport cannot be relied on
This role would suit you if you come from a high volume premium gastro pub, rosette or banqueting background.
