Sous Chef Rickmansworth £38,000 - £40,000, plus bonus, Tips (currently running at £5000-£6000) and live in available

Due to the reopening of my clients venue, I am looking for a Senior Sous chef to join a team of talented chefs to bolster the offering and standards at this award winning rosette standard restaurant, function & wedding venue. This role is an amazing opportunity for a chef who is looking to work with a diverse range of menus, ingredients and customer requirements.
My client is a stunning restaurant operating across 2 restaurants along with a separate large scale banqueting operation, who have daily events and weddings booked daily for the next 18 months.
The client actively encourages career development and offer an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop.
As well as a great salary package of up to £40,000, plus tips paid as a ratio of hours worked and currently looking at around £6000-£8000, this role also offers a rolling alternate weekend evening off rota, a great pension, Live in, free parking on site, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects.
This role would suit you if you come from a high volume premium gastro pub, rosette or banqueting background
