At Select Specialist Recruiters we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sous Chef
My Client are an award winning Vegan Restaurant in central Cambridge, with a great following from both locals and tourists.
As Sous Chef you will join the management team in the kitchen, working alongside the newly appointed Head Chef, serving 100% vegan & plant based dishes.
Vegan experience is not essential, however is preferred, my client are looking for sous chefs used to high volume catering cooking all dishes from start to finish.
As well as learning from some of the best chefs in the region, you will also be able to impart your knowledge on the team below you. The company have an industry leading training programme and will try to promote from within at all opportunities.
You will come from a busy fresh food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
This role comes with amazing career progression opportunities as my client is looking to open multiple new sites in the next 2 years, a great salary of up to £30000, Bonus, tips, and a great company benefits package.
