At Select Hospitality Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Pastry Sous Chefs for their family run bakery on the beautiful Blakeney coast. 
 
You will have the opportunity to work with a number of award winning chefs cooking some of the best patisserie in the area using the most state of the art equipment. 
 
You will be responsible with your team for the patisserie for the deli and online business, every day will be different, so a great opportunity to join If you like a varied day to day operation
 
As part of your role you will have the opportunity to train, coach, mentor and impart your skills and knowledge on the junior team.
 
The ideal candidate will come from a high volume pastry background and with knowledge and ability to cater to high volumes and standards

This is a great role, for a candidate who enjoys early day time working, you will be working 5 days a week, 7am till 3pm. As well as a great salary of up to £28,000 my client is also offering a great pension, training & development.
