My client are currently finalising their plans for their stunning café, Deli & Restaurant due to open in December and are looking for a strong driven & passionate Sous Chef to join them.
This role will give you the opportunity to be involved from the start, allowing you to use your skills and experience to enhance the menu and food direction, the business is going to be a real foodies dream using local produce from family run suppliers
This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Sous Chef to join one of the most talked about new openings in the area, with amazing development opportunities and great career progression, with plans to open additional units in the next few years.
My client will invest time and effort in you fully supporting menu creation and kitchen equipment ensuring implementation of their concept.
As Sous Chef you will come from a busy bistro or deli background using fresh food cooking to a high standard, and have experience in menu planning, costing and stock taking.
You will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef and GM to ensure excellent standards at all times and run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings
