My amazing and well respected client are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a fantastic development in beautiful Hunstanton. If you have a proven track record in sales and a genuine ability to connect with customers, I want to hear from you! With working days from Thursday through to Monday each week, you’ll enjoy having each Tuesday and Wednesday off each week.
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through 'In-House' research results, while meeting and exceeding sales targets from enquiry to reservation to completion. You will utilise effective selling skills, including Meet & Greet, Qualify, Demonstrate, and Close, to drive sales. Maintaining the customer relationships will be crucial to your role, as will proactively managing customer satisfaction and giving an amazing customer experience,ensuring each customer feels special and cared for.
Staying updated on local market conditions, demographics, and competitor activity is essential, as is managing sales processes using recommended solicitors and financial advisors. You will prepare timely and accurate reports for management and work collaboratively with site teams, customer experience managers, agents, and customers to provide comprehensive sales support.
My client is looking for someone with the ability to work independently and take the lead in sales processes. Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential. You should have a solid understanding of the house purchase process and financial products, or at the very least very willing to pick it up quickly, along with excellent administration and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and COINS/Sales Workbench is ideal.
Joining my client means allocating time to ensure each customer feels valued and cared for, building strong relationships with team members to maintain high standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining sales areas to the highest standard and making recommendations for product improvements where necessary.
