One of the leading names in the North within the home improvements industry have been going through a sustained period of growth across the UK and are now on the hunt for a new Service Manager. You'll develop their presence in the Cambridgeshire area and help provide effective site support to their locations and properties.
This brand new role would suit someone with proven experience from a similar role within the doors, windows, home improvements industry, some experience working in/with depots, and who is confident in their service delivery and communications skills.
Within the new depot, you will be a key member of the team - retrieving and organising job sheets from the head office and allocating the workloads for the day, as well as preparing the materials required to be dispatched to the appropriate work sites. You’ll also be involved with visiting work sites and assessing whether any remedial work needs to be carried out, putting together snag lists and carrying out some basic adjustments.
