Our client operates as a global solutions provider, offering clients a holistic solution from concept through to design, development, production, inspection and logistics. As a global organisation with regional manufacturing and logistics sites around the globe, they've created an infrastructure that services clients with an on-the-ground customer-centric relationship, backed by the weight of a global operation.
They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team where you'll take ownership of their most complex client portfolios and mentor junior team members.
As Senior Project Manager, you'll be the strategic lead on high-value projects, managing everything from initial client onboarding through to final delivery. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Strategic Project Leadership: Overseeing complex, multi-material luxury packaging projects from briefing through to production, ensuring seamless delivery across the global network
- Senior Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at global brands, collecting feedback, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Commercial Excellence: Managing all financial and commercial data, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for major accounts
- Team Leadership: Mentoring junior project managers and driving best practices across the project management function
- Process Optimisation: Identifying and implementing improvements to project management processes, forecasting, and stakeholder communication
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Planning, Logistics, Accounts, and the global manufacturing teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Proven senior-level experience in project management, from an inhouse or agency environment
- Advanced Excel mastery and experience with project management systems (MS Dynamics 365 knowledge highly desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility and complex pricing structures
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience managing C-suite and senior client relationships
- Leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- Global brands experience particularly in FMCG and luxury goods sectors
- Outstanding organisational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
