Our Colchester based client is looking for a Senior Project Architect to take charge of projects at each stage of production and liaise effectively with clients regularly producing the incredible standard they are known for, as well as bid and generate work for the Architectural team.
As a Senior Project Architect, you will be using client prompts to develop briefs, feasibility reports and sketch feasibility layouts in order to support project viability reports. You will also be working on preparing bids, organising fee submissions and preparing designs using Revit and AutoCAD. You will be using your extensive experience in residential projects and RIBA qualifications to produce both large and small scale projects in multiple sectors – creating tons of value and networking with important people in each stage of production.
