You’ll be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create a fantastic pastry and dessert menu for fellows, students, guests and the occasional event too. You’ll have authority over planning seasonal menus and get involved with sourcing the ingredients to get the best while reducing costs where you can. Your experience and eye for detail will help you create fantastic daily menus, producing the high quality food our client is well known for. You’ll be working both in a team and independently, supporting the Head Chef in producing menus alongside having the freedom to work on your pastry section your way. You’ll get to involve yourself in the planning and delivering of pastries at conferences, adding some variety to your day to day.
