Our Cambridge based client is looking for a Senior Pastry Chef to join their friendly, detail oriented team of Chefs bringing fresh, high quality food to Cambridge colleges.
In this role you will be using your experience in the field to assist the Head chef in the creation and preparation of weekly menus, crafting incredible seasonal items and ensuring the best quality with every dessert being offered. You will also be using your understanding of HACCP and working knowledge of COSHH guidelines to ensure the kitchen is safe, clean and tidy.
Similarly, you will also get to be in charge of the pastry section of the kitchen, helping to develop new and exciting techniques for prepping food – in particular pastries – in fresh, creative ways, perfect for someone looking to keep in touch with current industry trends.
