Working with some exciting global brands, my client now have the opportunity for an experienced Events Executive to come in at a senior level and be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution and reporting of the business, any sister company's and of course industry events within the relevant industry. You will work to ensure the experience for ALL (including staff, vendors, resellers, and end users) is ‘a cut above the rest’ from start to finish.
This role will report into the Experience and Events Manager, so whilst working closely with the Head of Channel Marketing and the wider Marketing team to deliver a joined up and effective approach for the business, ultimately aligning my client's event strategy with the wider business goals.
Aside from the physical aspects of creating an outstanding event, you will also work with the Experience and Events Manger and Client Services team to successfully manage the expectations of their manufacturers whilst helping to manage internal budgeting and planning for events, whilst working in unison with the wider Marketing team to help consider, create, and execute event marketing plans.
This role also works closely with their internal and external Sales teams, assisting with the required collateral and regular updates to help drive relevant footfall for individual events. Post show it will be your responsibility to generate post show reports, covering their ROI and suggested improvements for future events, as well as sharing event leads with both internal staff and external parties (where relevant).
