Sales Executive
Our client, an established and international organisation based in Oxford, is currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Executive role.
This duties of this role, which would suit an ambitious, motivated and driven candidate, is to analyse data, generate meetings and close sales.
There is a great benefits package available for the right candidate including a base salary of £25k (approx. £37k OTE after commission), private healthcare, hybrid working, pension scheme, holiday package and more!
The Role
·Qualify, develop and manage pipeline of leads and prospects
·Use CRM to develop a client portfolio
·Work with the Sales Director to execute strategies for meeting sales targets
·Work alongside the marketing team with external campaigns
·Develop and build a rapport with clients
The Ideal Candidate
·Previous sales or business development experience (B2B is desirable)
·Experience with using a CRM
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Financially motivated and target motivated
·Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
