You’ll be bringing your customer service and upselling skills to get in contact with engineers and field staff to ensure that they are looking for other opportunities around their existing assignment to try and support other potential customers in the area. Your people skills will be key to building relationships with staff over the phone to ensure that they are always looking for new business development opportunities. You’ll also get to handle new incoming leads, taking information from the field staff and using web chat features to support potential customers. You’ll be able to upskill yourself by leaning about managing and investigating private tenders to bring in large contracts, any experience of this is a bonus.
