The Role
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of their sales and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will be diverse, ensuring that no two days are the same. You might be the first touchpoint for web enquiries one day and designing a creative social media post the next. Here’s what you can expect:
  • Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for all incoming trade customer calls, handling orders and general inquiries with finesse.
  • Order Processing: Organise and book deliveries, liaising with the warehouse to ensure smooth dispatch.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to provide exceptional customer service, especially for challenging situations.
  • Web and Digital Marketing: Maintain our website, manage social media accounts, and drive digital marketing initiatives.
  • Creative Presentations: Craft compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, or other design software.

They are seeking someone who is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow both personally and professionally. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent B2B customer interaction capabilities, ensuring strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a bonus for familiarity with Sage accounts.
  • Marketing Savvy: Experience in social media and digital marketing, with an eye for creative content design.
  • Versatility: The ability to juggle various tasks in a small office setting, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous but not essential – purely a bonus!.
