Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Overview
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Sales / Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team based in Mildenhall. This role plays a key part in keeping customer interaction running smoothly — coordinating between departments, managing paperwork, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Prepare and process delivery and shipment documentation
  • Maintain accurate system records and job data
  • Provide updates and clear communication to customers
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and job costings
  • Monitor progress of daily operations and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues
  • Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in administration, sales or logistics would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
