Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Salary: Up to £28,000
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor for our established restaurant located in the historic city of Ely. This position offers daytime working hours and the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising daily operations of the restaurant during daytime hours
Mentoring, training, and managing team members to ensure a high standard of service
Delivering excellent customer service to create a welcoming and pleasant dining experience
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Assisting with inventory management and cost control measures
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality sector
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Proficient in customer service with a focus on satisfaction
Proficiency with restaurant management software and MS Office
Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling
Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
