I am looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor to work within an award winning family run tapas and small plates restaurant in Central Cambridge. The business has been trading for 10 years and has just opened up its 3rd site with more due in 2022.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will work closely with the GM & AGM to ensure excellent service at all times, attention to detail, and that every customer has an excellent time. As part of the management team you will lead by example and help with the training and coaching of up to 12 junior members of the FOH team demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service at all times. You will be given the opportunity to learn new skills in stocktaking, drinks menu costing, brand marketing & team development.
