To support the growth of their specialist production team, we are recruiting for a full time Production Team Leader. This will be someone who has a high level of resilience with the ability to implement change and who can motivate and manage a team of highly skilled technicians as the business continues to take on new orders throughout 2022 and beyond.
The people you’ll be responsible for are a crack team of engineering and manufacturing specialists with many years’ worth of experience under their belt. As the team lead, your job will be to focus on the people, providing clear direction on productivity, establishing processes and procedures whilst driving change on the shop floor where necessary. You’ll be a conduit for the senior management team as well; being assertive with your team as it becomes appropriate but having the insight and initiative to notice when an approach needs to be tweaked.
Previous team lead experience in a fabrication or welding environment is highly desirable.
