You’ll be central to the entire payroll process, using your experience to handle all of the process from start to finish. Your skills and experience with HMRC and Real Time Information will be invaluable to ensure that everything is smooth and successful. You’ll deploy your data collation background to ensure that everything is above the board in this commission based environment while using your administrative skills to ensure people meet their deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Have a strong understanding of legislation around payroll such as pensions and maternity leave.
- Use your experience of computerised payroll systems to hit the ground running with cross training provided.
- Be able to guide the entire employee life cycle - new starters to P45s.
