As the firm’s Accounts Assistant/Legal Cashier, you'll be responsible for a wide range of essential tasks including processing office and client transactions, managing electronic payments, supervising bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules. You’ll also handle supplier payments, manage debtors, support payroll processing, and respond to finance-related queries from clients and colleagues.
The ideal Accounts Assistant/Legal Cashier will bring experience working in a law firm setting, a good knowledge of SAR, and confidence using systems such as Leap, Xero, or Sage.
