As an Operations Manager, working for this leading grounds management company, you will be overseeing multiple projects, resources and staff within the land based sector. A background from surfacing, fencing, construction, landscaping, play installation, groundworks, agriculture or similar would be ideal. Predominantly covering the South West of the UK (Bristol as Central point).
You will be involved in recruitment, job costings, planning and overseeing multiple projects, resourcing materials, coordinating area coverage, attending and carrying out site audits plus much more! The role will be fast paced, changeable sometimes challenging but above all varied and interesting.
