The role will include (but not be limited to);

Coordinate and allocate drivers to conduct the relevant highways works for each project
Allocate the correct equipment and resources
Ensure compliance for all vehicle and schedule repairs/service with the workshop
Dealing with all driver queries and ensure good working relationships

This role will give you the opportunity to utilise your exceptional planning, communication skills and commercial know how within the highway services industry. Reacting effectively in a fast paced, ever changing environment, remain calm under pressure and be able to adapt and evolve as your role does. Your relevant experience will allow you to ‘hit the ground running’, exert your ability to think ahead and be pre-emptive of potential issues that can arise within this field.
