Based at a the local/Regional Testing sites that have played a vital part in fighting the pandemic, you will essentially be supporting the Department of Health and Social care and be complimenting and contributing to a vital part of the support system giving assistance to the following teams:
- Traffic Management
- Queue Management
- Testing assistance and security
Working a 4 on 4 off rotational shift pattern, hours will be 12 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm with overtime an option.
Your experience in Customer Service means tasks are completed with sensitivity, effectiveness, and responsibility to the overall smooth running of operations on the front line.
