We are currently recruiting Production Operatives / Packing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and production team in Brandon.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company producing high-quality fragrance products in a fast-paced production environment.
If you have experience in production, warehouse, packing, manufacturing, assembly, or quality control, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing fragrance products ready for dispatch
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health & safety procedures and company guidelines
- Production Operative / Warehouse / Packing experience preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Monday to Thursday – 6:00am to 6:00pm (4 day working week)
- 3 day weekend every week
