Job Description:
Our client is looking for talented and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimisation: Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Technology Integration: Implement new technologies to improve production capabilities and efficiency.
- Prototyping: Participate in prototyping and testing new products and manufacturing methods.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process design and optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Hours: 42 hours per week (average)
- Salary: £42k to £44k per annum
- Location: Onsite role based in Norwich
- Hours: Monday to Friday – double day shifts
- Holidays: 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 2 years of service
