We're recruiting for an experienced "time served" Mechanical Fitter on behalf of our client.
Working from technical drawings and utilising your excellent mechanical & bench fitting skills you will be responsible for the assembly of equipment that is built to stringent industry standards.
Ideally you will have a completed a relevant recognised apprenticeship and hold a minimum NVQ / City & Guilds level 3 in a related discipline. Recent experience in a similar role where you have worked from component level through to the finished product is essential.
You must also be competent in manual machining with the ability to work to tight tolerances. Experience of using precision measuring equipment is preferred.
