My European client, a market leader in its field, are seeking a proactive Maintenance/Engineering Manager to be based at their Wellingborough site.
You’ll be working for a European leader in manufacturing with over 50 years’ experience in their field. They have a strong track record of providing secure jobs and excellent career progression.
In this role you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 5 multi skilled engineers and enabling the maintenance and servicing of company property, including all industrial machinery. You’ll also enable the design of improvement working directly with the production team. Taking a proactive approach to your role, you’ll enable your team to achieve a high standard of maintenance. The team will immediately benefit from your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, high standard of work and electrical/mechanical experience and qualifications.
In return for working you’ll receive:
- £46,000 per annum
- 25 days leave + 8 days bank holiday
