A successful and highly reputable Estate Agent in north-west London has created a brand new Lettings Manager role to run and build their lettings department following a sustained period of growth.
Our client has been successfully delivering for their clients and customers for over 30 years, and you'll be joining them to ensure that their growing lettings division continues to meet their usual gold standard, whilst pushing the business onwards.
As an ARLA qualified Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to step up, you'll have a natural ability to lead and manage your colleagues. You'll also have a proven track-record in completing deals, cultivating a great team-spirit, and generating 5-star feedback from happy customers and clients.
When you start your new role as a Lettings Manager, you'll receive:
• Salary of £40k to £50k
