Are you a looking to join a successful and caring business that supports the growth of its employees? Do you look for a well-bonded, positive and motivated team? Due to expansion in the team our client is looking for a Learning and Development Manager in their Halesworth-based business.
You’ll be working with a new and highly innovative electronic learning system to ensure the growth and success of people within the business, allowing you to take control and stamp your mark on an excelling business. Your remit will include investigating mentoring opportunities, ensuring people always have access to the best ways to learn, giving them the best chance to own their career. You’ll enjoy a varied day to day, engaging with people across the business from chemists to customer service in order to deliver bespoke career plans.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
  • Be a fantastic mentor, leading from the front with your CPD Level 3 or 5 to improve people’s careers with the company.
  • Work with external providers and coaches, using contacts from previous experience, to get the best for your colleagues.
  • Have demonstrable HR Generalist experience ideally gained in a FMCG environment
For your demonstrable success in delivery of training, you’ll be well supported and rewarded.
