At Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join one of the most iconic and prestigious private schools, based just outside of Guildford. This role comes at a very exciting time for this school you will have the opportunity to be part of the team instrumental in delivering excellent service to students, fellows, tutors and external clients.
My client is looking for a passionate, energetic and driven candidate, with excellent personal skills and attention to detail. Where as the role is predominately MONDAY TO FRIDAY day time only, due to the nature of the role, you must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required for the smooth running of the operation.
The ideal candidate will have an ENHANCED DBS, or be willing to undertake one, the school are willing to pay for your DBS.
Reporting to the Catering Manager & Head Chef, you will ensure that all aspects of the kitchen remain clean and tidy and that all refuse is removed on a regular basis. There may also be a small element of kitchen work but full training will be provided.
