I am looking to recruit a Kitchen Manager to oversee the catering operation at a stunning deli in Huddersfield. Standard working hours will be 8am-3pm, working 5days over 6.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day kitchen operations, managing your team to ensure all the dishes leaving the kitchen are at the highest standards.
You will manage a small team of 3 in the kitchen, being responsible for all training, coaching and development, COSHH, HACCP and associated paperwork.
Where as the standard hours are day times only, on occasions guests will hire the venue for private evenst, allowing you to use your experience to create besoke menus using the finest ingredients available.
As well as a great salary of up to £30,000, this role has the advantage of mainly daytime hours, great tips, menu freedom, pension and a flexible rota
