Are you looking for a role working for one of the areas best deli/bistros. I am looking to recruit a KITCHEN MANAGER for a high volume fresh food deli/bistro in Huddersfield
As KITCHEN MANAGER you will be coaching, developing and mentoring a the team producing a menu using 100% fresh food catering for a large range of clientele and cuisines.
The client specialises in a traditional English dishes along with having a strong Vegan and Vegetarian following
This is a real destination business for locals, tourists and business clientele so an ability to tailor menus and food to a differing range of guests is advantageous
My client really invests time and effort in their team and recognise and reward those who go the extra mile, with a mix of industry training, excellent career progression and the opportunity to run your own kitchen.
The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run, motivate and develop the kitchen team and offering.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends & bank holidays
This role comes with amazing rota pattern of a straight shifts, closed Sundays and predominately day time hours as well as a great salary of up to £27000, bonus and a great company benefits package.
