At Select Specialist Recruiters we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a JUNIOR/ SOUS CHEF 
My Client are an independent hotel restaurant in Lowestoft

As the JUNIOR/ SOUS CHEF you will join the management team in the kitchen, working alongside the Head Chef, and owners, serving a mix of café/deli food alongside fine dining  & Ala Carte menus.

The hotel is a real destination venue, with corporate guests, locals and visiting guests, dining and enjoying the locally sourced seasonal produce, set in a stunning location and beautiful garden and outside terraces

As well as learning from some of the best chefs in the region, you will also be able to impart your knowledge on the team below you.  The company have an industry leading training programme and will try to promote from within at all opportunities.

You will come from a busy fresh food background, ideally from a restaurant or hotel background & have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.   You will have the opportunity to be involved in menu direction, writing & costing menus & specials
