Our client, a busy and prestigious Hotel & Spa near Woodbridge is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their existing and successful team.
With previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or looking for the next step in your career, you’ll be supporting the Head Chef and the senior kitchen members to manage daily kitchen activities, overseeing staff and ensuring you are an integral part of the kitchen team.
Using your skills and experience, you’ll train and develop junior staff in the kitchen to prepare, cook and present meals for service to the standards set by the Head Chef and management.
Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including breakfast and weekend shifts, you’ll be required to work 40 hours a week.
