You’ll be at the heart of all IT support, ensuring that you respond quickly and efficiently to all customer IT support and service requests. You’ll be working with a range of different people allowing you to deploy your communication skills to offer solutions and troubleshooting. You’ll be deploying your knowledge of networking (DNS,DHCP), alongside a strong understanding of Linux, Macs and Windows Servers.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Be a pro-active problem solver, looking for and solving issues before they cause problems.
- Deploy your knowledge of PC hardware to resolve issues effectively.
- Look to develop your skills over small projects while carrying out support documentation.
