We are looking for vibrant, friendly entry level tech people that can get on with anyone, for this exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Mac and Windows Support Technician to join an exciting, creative and dynamic IT team in Central London. If you would enjoy working in a busy, fast paced advertising and media environment I would love to hear from you!
Technical Skills: -
Some experience in cross-platform Windows and macOS environments and knowledge of most of the below would be beneficial but not essential:
AV Support - interest in Audio and Visual setups, meeting room and video conferencing
Windows Support
MacOS user knowledge
Adobe Creative Cloud / Suite
Microsoft Office 365
As a specialist creative advertising and marketing IT Service Provider, my client connects with each of their customers on a first name basis. This is your chance to join them as a high potential IT Support Engineer, providing end-to-end support to a range of creative media clients in cross-platform macOS and Windows platforms.
With a bright and lively base in Central London, my client is full of creative technologists themselves - you'll be working alongside a fantastic bunch of digital artists, musicians and other creatives who genuinely connect with the businesses they serve. They specialise in providing 1-to-1 support, leveraging a wide range of both open source and proprietary technology that provides solutions without compromise.
You will learn first hand the core technology stacks across Apple (Jamf, macOS) as well as the Microsoft stack (Windows Server, Office 365 etc); you'll also share in the teams visionary attitude to new tech adoption and cultural change.
