This highly regarded firm of commercial solicitors are looking for an IT Support Engineer to be the main point of contact for IT. You will be supporting around 100 users and will have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop.

You will be based in the St Albans office 4 days and 1 day in London. You will be working alongside their 3rd party MSP who manage the overall infrastructure.
About the role:
- Provide technical support to office/remote users
- Logging and progressing support tickets
- Troubleshoot, fix and escalate incidents as required
- Build, configure and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems
- Manage user directory
- You will have experience in 1st/2nd line IT Support
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 & SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organised
Salary: £28k
Benefits: Health Insurance, 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 days) Life insurance
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5.30
