In and amongst a team with the right balance of experienced, and fast-learning – your existing knowledge of ocean freight operations will put to good use, you will already recognise relevant documentation (cert of origin/ bill of lading/ packing list/ commercial invoice etc) but you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your client files, ensuring cargo process and care is handled by you – for the lifecycle of its journey.
As an excellent communicator, you will be used to handling situations in ever changing circumstances. With a keen eye for detail, and commitment to process – you will also have that strong desire to be your clients trusted logistics go-to partner – then deliver.
Any exposure to multifreight, cargowise, CNS, Destin8, or other internal freight softwares is required, knowledge of customs is desirable (Descartes. CHIEF, Sequoia, or similar).
Own car is essential due to location
