This role will suit you if you love your HR work to be focused around development while letting your roll up your sleeves and get directly involved with teams. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting the professional development of employees, developing communication about opportunities and supporting managers to create a comprehensive L&D calendar. You’ll be supporting around 150 employees, working on employee retention and relations so that everyone feels like a valued member of the team. Our client will want you to lead on their values of flexibility and support, especially around mental health and maternity leave.
You’ll be perfect for this role if:
- You have a passion for people with a CIPD Level 5 qualification to deliver the best.
- You have experience of the hospitality sector so you can support employees.
- You always look to create a stronger team ethic and will look to promote this through strong personalised communication.
