Our client, an exciting, expanding and award-winning leading company based near Sandford-on-Thames, Oxfordshire has an exciting opportunity to join their busy HR team as HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC supporting a multiple award-winning global business across multiple sites.
This role would suit a candidate who has minimum 2 years of HR experience at Advisor/Officer level and has a positive and proactive outlook.
The Role
·Assisting with the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies, organising interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies
·Producing Payroll and benefits documentation to support finance teams
·Preparation of HR correspondence such as contracts of employment, contract addendum letters, promotions etc.
·Line management of the HR Administrator and Supporting the HR Director
·Providing generalist HR advice to a variety of Stakeholders
·Assisting with coordinating training and conducting training needs analysis
·Any other HR associated tasks to support the team and key stakeholders
The ideal candidate
·At least 2 years of HR experience working at a similar level
·Good problem-solving abilities and a high standard of attention to detail
·Exceptional organisation and communication skills (experience of using an HRIS is advantageous)
·A positive and proactive mindset
·Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
·CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)
·Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
