This role would suit an ambitious and proactive individual who has, either working towards or interested in studying towards their CIPD qualification and has some HR experience. My client will also consider candidates who have had some HR exposure in their previous roles e.g. Office managers, Recruiters
The Role
- Assisting with the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies, organising interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Conducting pre-employment checks, new starter documentation, updating payroll and scheduling inductions
- Drafting documentation such as contracts of employment
- Assisting with performance reviews
- Assisting with L&D
- Any other HR associated admin tasks to support the team and key stakeholders
The ideal candidate
- Has/is working towards or is interested in studying CIPD
- Career motivated
- Some previous HR experience or has had exposure to elements of HR such as recruitment, office admin etc.
- Attention to detail and organised
- High standard of written and oral communication
- Friendly, personable and professional
