Our Client based in Lincoln is looking for a Heat treatment Operative to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be energetic and physically fit with a want to learn new skills as Full training will be provided for this role.
You will be working in a very busy department so being able to work under pressure is key.
Responsibilities:
• Operating and minding of high temperature batch furnace fires
• Following the task set to fulfill customers' requirements
• Training in multiple processes to support the department.
3 shift pattern
Shifts:
7am - 3pm - Day Shift
3pm-11pm - Late Shift
11pm - 7am - Night Shift
Salary 20,500 plus company benefits
(Night rate premium extra)
Company Benefits:

• 6% company pension initiative.
