Temporary to Permanent
£13.65 per hour (rising to £14.15 per hour after successful probation)
Monday to Friday | 3:30pm – 12:00am
We're currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established company in Ely for a dependable Warehouse Operative to join their afternoon/evening shift. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering excellent long-term prospects and a pay increase after successfully completing your probation.
Duties will include:
- Loading and unloading deliveries, both manually and with a Counterbalance Forklift
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out stock checks and keeping inventory records up to date
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Inspecting goods for quality and reporting any damaged or faulty items
What we're looking for:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience (valid or recently expired licence accepted)
- Happy to work the permanent PM shift
